Fans Views "A buddy of mine and I went to Denver for the express purpose of watching the Man Utd v. Arsenal game at Highbury in 02/05. Fado was absolutely fabulous - lots of fans (mostly Man Utd - good for me, bad for my friend), wide variety of beer (including Smithwicks and other Irish and English brews), some of the best pies in the west (I had a classic English meat pie), and lots of televisions. The fans were really into the game and the pub encouraged this behavior! The bartender was from Ireland and was quite knowledgeable about football and was downright fun. I would heartily recommend Fado to anyone who wants to watch the Premiership or the Scottish Premier League. The bartender told us that a Celtic Supporters group meets there for games that Celtic are playing. Fado has Setanta Sports and the Fox Soccer Channel. It also buys the PPV games, so pretty much all the bases are covered." (Robert Kingsley)

"Opens early (8:00am MT) for EPL games on Sat and Sunday. Front door might be closed, but enter through the small side door (green). Has EPL fantasy promotion buy a pint pack ($20) and get 5 beers for the price of four. Free to compete against all Fado locations. Will be showing WC 2006 matches. Lots of ex-pats turn up for England matches. If Hurling/rugby is on at the same time as EPL, the large projection screen is usually taken. Can watch EPL on the smaller (new) flat screens above the front door. Staff and management have no problem with footie chants being sung." (Susan)
